How do I apply as a designer or seller?
Fill out the Become a Seller application. Approval and Seller Dashboard setup typically happen within days.
How does delivery work?
Designers and boutiques fulfil and dispatch orders via their own couriers, delivered across India. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after the designer confirms your order. Delivery is free — it's built into item pricing.
What is the return policy?
Items can be returned within 7–14 days of delivery (per designer policy) if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale. Refunds process within 5–10 business days.
How do designers get paid?
Earnings are released after order completion, with payouts typically processed within 14 days. Full payout records are available in the Seller Dashboard.
Which areas do you deliver to?
All 14 districts of Kerala — from Thiruvananthapuram to Kasaragod — plus delivery across India. International shipping isn't available yet.
